VoIP carries your calls over an internet connection, while a PBX manages the way those calls move around your business. Seamless Systems uses Yeastar PBXs and Yealink phones for business voice solutions. From a small office to a team with several departments, we can discuss a setup based on your extensions, call volumes and working arrangements.

A CLOSER LOOK
The right call, to the right person.
Yeastar PBX systems
A Yeastar PBX brings extensions and incoming calls under one phone system. Depending on the selected model and licences, features can include an automated greeting, ring groups, call queues, voicemail and office-hours routing. Yeastar’s Linkus applications can also provide calling options for supported setups. We match the system capacity and features to your team rather than assuming every edition includes the same tools.
Yealink phones
Yealink offers IP desk phones for everyday users and feature-rich roles such as reception, alongside cordless DECT options for staff who move around the premises. Screen size, programmable keys, headset compatibility and power options vary by model. Supported Yealink phones can be provisioned with Yeastar systems, helping keep extension settings consistent across the office.
Calls, connectivity & power
Call quality depends on the internet connection, local network and available bandwidth. A voice setup may also need SIP trunk services, compatible routers and Power over Ethernet switches. Keeping the router, PBX and phones powered is important during outages. Existing number porting, call charges, recording requirements and any additional licences should be confirmed as part of the quote.
GOOD TO KNOW
Your questions, answered.
Tell us your extension count, current phone system, numbers you wish to keep and typical number of simultaneous calls.
Number porting may be possible, depending on the number, current provider and receiving service. Eligibility and required documents must be checked before a transfer is arranged. Do not cancel an existing service before the porting process and timing have been confirmed.
Can staff make calls away from the office?
Supported Yeastar setups can provide Linkus desktop or mobile calling features. Availability depends on the PBX edition, licences and configuration. Remote calling also needs a suitable internet connection and secure access arrangements.
How many phones and extensions do we need?
Start with the people who need a phone, shared areas and reception requirements. The number of extensions is not the same as the number of simultaneous external calls. Both matter when selecting the PBX, SIP service and internet connection.
